fair enough, it def had a strong influence considering how many models, textures, and music tracks that are supposedly from it are in RtD; honestly my favorite thing is theorizing what the songs codenamed for GC kirby were for there, like grand doomer's theme possibly being a theme for HR-D3

(this is confirmed thru file names and old footage from video demos of the gc game)

feel free to fact check but I'm p sure this is accurate

iirc the story for return to dreamland is less a game moved from GC to Wii and more reusing stuff from a GC game. kirby adventure GC was outright cancelled. rtd was another project that basically was a cobbling of assets from adventure gc and another project code-named KrbyW together
