Research shows when 3.5% of a population takes to the streets, regimes begin to fold. Demonstrations coupled with general strike, lasting 3-10 days with no one going to work (call in sick) & no one purchases anything (stock up in advance) works for peaceful coup.
Voting should be as easy as possible. If someone wants to make voting harder, they don't want to prevent fraud. They just don't want you to vote.
