Yup bit of a mess. Ours was due for pick up yesterday, and still nothing as of right now.

I stopped listening to people online about shows. There's a lot of grifters and haters out there these days. The final episode is like the final chapter of the final book of a long running series. Everything is wrapped up. I cried a few times during the finale/season. I still recommend watching it.

I still liked s5. At least that ending was satisfying for me.

Loved the review. I agree this book sounds terrible, but as a writer, I am stuck thinking how I'd improve it (i think i'd make Daylen go all dark into one of those heartless things). You're suggestions of Paul and Piccolo are spot on. So much wasted potential with a hook/premise that was given.

lol just be careful... i've been burned before with adaptations so I'm not holding my breath.

I still have mixed feelings on this. The Odyssey is full of craziness, not sure if all of it will fit in a 2-3 hr movie. Not to mention the emphasis of wife/son story that doesn't get mentioned until the last few pages of the poem?
