It was wonderful to visit The Charter School East Dulwich recently to see their new campus, including their excellent ASD provision with spaces for 25 pupils.
I also spoke with student leaders about their roles representing their peers in school and answered questions about life as an MP.

When I was a lawyer, I fought for the rights of people who had been discriminated against at work. Labour is ensuring workers have fairness, dignity, and opportunity at work.
Israel must fully reopen all crossings into Gaza so vital international aid can reach those who need it.
The UK will continue to provide essential medical supplies and food, but far more is required.

Last night, I proudly voted to scrap the Tories’ two‑child cap.
This will lift almost 1,800 children in Lewisham West and East Dulwich out of poverty.
It showed our Labour government putting our values into action and delivering real change for the most vulnerable.
