my current project all fixed up after I had to frog. The pattern calls for 2 yarn strands held together for each color. 2 diff red hues & 2 diff white hues. It was dark when I ran out of one white hue & I didn’t notice I was holding two of the same yellow color! 🧶

Sewing a tag on a finished sweater. I’ve thought about putting these in my hats too but it’s too much work. I don’t like when brands put their labels on the outside of hats-it’s tacky to me. I like clothes that are anonymous and simple and don’t have words or brands on them.
What’s your preference?

Vibes today

I forgot to mention the sweaters I knit I used 8.0mm needles and the hats I knit with 6.5mm needles, so a little quicker pace! That’s awesome! I love knitting accessories for that reason, you get quicker projects but they are still just as valuable as sweaters are.☺️

That’s why hats are the best! Especially if you are knitting with 5 or 6 mm! A nice, easy project that you finish quick enough and feel good about 😸

I realized that in exactly a month I have knit 3 sweaters, 1 massive scarf & 23 hats. This isn’t normal I’m just slow at my day job and have a lot of free time. Is there a time you surprised yourself with how much you made? (Don’t come for me I know making a lot isn’t the point I’m just curious) 🧶🧶🧶

Mine is being messy AF & leaving a trail of my knitting all around the house. Whether its cut ends from seaming, the last of a yarn ball, stitch markers & unfinished projects. There are signs of my obsession all over the house in a non cute girl *aesthetic* way 😹
