Yeah I relate to most of that unfortunately lol, in school I’d run into teachers trying to use training/techniques designed for an already outdated and antiquated view of autism on me and it was always patronizing. Not even mentioning how bad that stuff can be for people with actual autism.

Very relatable, it’s incredibly hard to stay on top of things when you can’t focus. I can only speak for myself but my anxiety and depression got a lot better when I got adhd meds. untreated adhd was creating a lot of problems. I hope you can find some answers and get a solution that works for you!
Thanks so much! I spent like 20 min trying out different church reverb presets, trying to find the right delay and decay for the most realistic sounding depiction of the space. I think I might have an addiction to tweaking plug-in knobs lol.
