ICE doesn’t need reform. Abolition and prosecution is the bare minimum.
I chose the classic Powell–Hyde Line, which starts at Union Square and ends at Fisherman's Wharf. The whole ride takes about 20 minutes, and I really liked the scenery in the last part… It was a long weekend, and although I queued for an hour, it was well worth it.
