It's debatable, but my understanding is that forced password changes have been proven to be bad. I'm afraid the password that your victim will choose will (I) likely not be very secure and (ii) likely written all over their workplace not to forget.

The russians committed another big massive combined attack against Ukraine last night.
Seven people were murdered in Kharkiv, including a primary school teacher and her 7yo son, and a 13yo girl with her mom. All of them were buried in the ruins of their home in their sleep. This is unforgivable.
Reports indicate russia used a new missile, “Izdeliye-30,” with a warhead of about 800 kg in the strike on Kharkiv.
One can almost imagine the thought process: "would that be enough to obliterate a five-story apartment building? Let’s find out."

Yesterday, Hungarians took hostages a convoy of Ukraine's state Oshchadbank that was transporting € & metals from Raiffeisen Bank to Ukraine.
The stolen cash and vehicles are reportedly held at the Anti-Terrorist Center of Hungary. The whereabouts of 7 employees remain unknown.
I guess it depends what cars we are talking about, which is still unclear to me. I don't think one should naturally expect the possibility of getting into a state-run money heist while travelling through the EU.
