You’re missing the joke here. OP says Kirk has been memory holed. They respond “who” like they’ve memory holed him

What’s funny is I see these ads everywhere and I still don’t know what this ugly necklace does
Jeez, seriously!
Both threads here are worth reading.
I’ll just add that K&S should think long and hard about whether they should welcome an attorney back into partnership who spent his time in government misleading courts.
@schumer.senate.gov as a constituent of yours - are you really gonna let Fetterman talk like this? NYers are fired up about Mamdani. We don’t need to hear what some DINO in PA thinks about this.
I guess running a company with a Hitler-bot was the breaking point
Dare I say, I think Stancil is just talking about charisma
Today's Skrmetti opinion is devastating to transgender children and families who live in states with cruel laws barring gender affirming care. But it is very important to recognize this opinion does not give private entities, legislatures, or the President carte blanche to discriminate! 1/x
I'm also not sure it is fair to say he is "constantly insisting" that people pay for a subscription.
Some minor good news, but worth celebrating.
Chief Justice Roberts absurdly declared he “overturned” Korematsu while authoring Korematsu II (validating the Muslim Ban, Trump v Hawaii)
Now we have a new Japanese internment - expanded to any nationality, internment in offshore gulags.
Now let’s see Roberts put his money where his mouth is.
how do you take the fact that Alito did not sign off his dissent with either "I dissent" or "I respectfully dissent"?
Almost certainly an anti-Semitic hate crime. And the President who is trying to tear up the American university system on the pretext of fighting anti-Semitism hasn't said a word.
He has the opposite of fuck you money
Stocks are soaring because it's always great when someone just stops hitting you with a hammer. But when they stop, the next step is to take the hammer out of their hands.
Congress needs to take back its tariff authority. And we need to keep saying it until it happens, in this Congress or the next.
Mb...Does seem good to make the 5th circ a less attractive place for buckwild partisan arguments, though. Currently there's a pipeline from Amarillo to SCOTUS, and SCOTUS is only marginally reigning these decisions in.
JD talked a lot about birthrate on the campaign trail, and maybe he just meant he wants people on the right to have more kids.
Because I think I'm not alone in being concerned about the viability of raising children in a country with entrenched, and increasingly partisan vaccine skepticism.
We all knew that Trump had little regard for national security, what with the shower files and all. But c'mon.
BUT HER EMAILS!
Fr tho, this is a crazy breach and a total unforced error. Omigod.
I still remember the objections to his nomination that he lacks the judicial temperament. Ah well.
The fight has always been about the boundaries of acceptable speech. This is merely the latest, and admittedly most concerning, instance in a long-running trend.
Republicans don’t like cancel culture because the targeted speech there overwhelmingly came from older, white, and male speakers. But for years now, that same party has targeted speech by banning books, passing ridiculous content moderation laws, and pushing for NYT v. Sullivan to be overturned.
Here’s the problem with this framing. Both parties have advocated for certain types of speech to get less protection. It is not the case that Republicans have suddenly switched their view here - it is that, with power, they are going further in punishing that speech than they have before.
Hold firm, Senator!
Window 10 to Linux. You’ve already switched from 10 to 11, so the og post is not a comment on your circumstances. And yet, you commented.
Wow so it sounds like this doesn’t really apply to you but you complained anyway
