I’m looking forward to working on it more and to share the progress.
The swirls on both wings are getting shaped and sculpting done. They’re the wrong size and the definition of the swirl itself is lacking. Once the connections are done I’ll be looking into fixing those sections more seriously.
The left ear is getting a makeover. It’s too small and I want it to look like the right. I’ve been building up putty onto it. Once it dried I made some rough cuts to it. It’s pretty sturdy and just needs to be shaped more with sandpaper.
If all goes well I’ll just need to sand down the tail and wing to make it look nice.
I’ve already done some putty work on the left wing and it’s already looking better. Had to take the old putty off and redo it completely. It’s sitting nicely on the figure so far but will need another pass to fill the rest of the connection out. Didn’t put enough putty down the first time.
Connections to fix are the tail and left wing. I’ve had constant issues with these two connections. I should hopefully be done with these two points soon. But we’ll see if any other work is needed.
General work includes higher grit sanding, a few holes to putty up, and some connections to refine. Big work is mainly rescultping the ear and swirls on the wings.
Finally sitting down to document garage kit work. It’s been a wild week for sure and I wanted/need to work on something.
Going to try to be a bit more active here. Expect garage kit posting as usual.

PayPal is updating their ToS to let themselves give your data to merchants starting in November and they're certainly banking on people not knowing to opt out, SO to opt out before they start:
go to Settings > Data & Privacy > Manage shared info > Personalized shopping, and toggle that shit off
