I haven't actually played Assassin's Creed, though, whereas I spent a large chunk of my childhood and young adulthood playing the .hack// games, so Kite was infinitely a better fit. And most people I meet liken it to the bird, which is the effect I wanted.

I really liked Ezio, but I'm not Italian and I didn't want folks thinking I named myself after a video game character. So I thought about other bird names (Ezio means eagle) and really liked Kite...which is also the name of a video game character. x)

These are of course based on my fav moment of SDR2, but I also vibe so hard with the message. We are all simply Born Stupid 💜
