Albright and Noonan hoped Evander would do Lucho things and it’s just clear he’s not that guy. Very talented but not a dog. It’s not his fault either. That’s always who he was.

Norginho is one the most elite nicknames in Arsenal lore. Bravo, sir
I know, hell of a goal

Nuke the internet. PLEASE
Eze looks like he won a contest to play in this game
This is unfortunately become the norm with our attack. Just so stale.
4 is Ten Haag. I could recognize that bald head 15 beers deep.
“Need a melatonin?”
“No, thanks I’m watching Arsenal try and attack. I’m good”
#arsenal
I think this is just the wrong line up - I’d have gone with Trossard on the left at minimum just cause I don’t think we have enough ball retention with that front 3 + Eze + Hincapie
Not gonna kill the guy but you’d think a dude who’s out of form would try and use a game like this to play himself back into form. I’m just pretty worried about him.
These apps are the most insidious by product of our current culture. Fuck everything about this.
I think that’s right. But these signings were there to reinforce and supplement so we could survive when Saka and Odegaard DID have dips. Especially Saka because we’re now going on almost 2 years of Odegaard falling off and we can’t keep blaming the injury. Saka is still a single point of failure.
Arsenal had more open play premier league goals through this point last year with Sterling as our main attacking sub (which was only cause of injury). Like I said, our attack hasn’t improvised and you could actually argue it has regressed.
It’s not outlandish to say Vik, Noni, and Eze have been inadequate to our attack so far. It’s indisputable that they aren’t even coming close to providing the reciprocal value from our outlay. Our attack hasn’t improved in the slightest.
Truly, I do not think it’s that complicated. Without Saka in form, we have no dynamism in attack. It’s just that simple. Nobody can just “make a play” to borrow a basketball term. It’s devoid of creativity. Odegaard, Jesus, Vik, Eze, Trossard as of late, Noni, Martinelli - all underwhelm.
It was almost the exact same performance except they didn’t have any one in attack to punish us.
No we’re still top of the league and United got lucky and we still had more of the ball it’s all good!!!!!!!!
Those bottles be bottling

Unfortunately, this is all too commonplace with Arsenal. We have the dumb gene
We have the dumb gene. Another game where the opposition have absolutely nothing about them and we just refuse to make it easy. We’ve created better chances for United than ourselves

Fair enough! Why do you think Arteta seems reluctant?
I sure hope so. Eze feels very much of the Smith Rowe ilk where he’s clearly very talented and will have his moments but just doesn’t not have the consistent skill set Arteta looks for in midfield. Too much of a passenger
How is Gyokeres getting slower??
“If that were Granit Xhaka”
Part of me tends to believe that unless you are coming back from an injury, you should show up ready to play when you are given the opportunity. I just don’t buy it’s lack of rhythm why Eze underwhelms. I think he’s just a bit of a poor fit for Arteta’s system/ how Arsenal play
