Yay! Happy reading to her.
Yay! Happy reading to her.
I'm not sure which one it is because I'm fortunate not to need it, but I'm aware they are in all or most e-readers.
Dyslexia is such a struggle. One of mine took forever to accept it was a true disability and nothing to be ashamed of. Does she use an e-reader and the dyslexic font?
Me to me early this morning: look at you putting on a wash so you can get it hung up before you go out. Organised AF.
Me just now: fuck, the washing is still in the machine.
By the law of averages, it had to happen eventually. #hammersforever
Sending get well wishes to you all x
Me to me last night: We should eat up the soup tomorrow before it goes bad.
Me, thinking: I don't want to.
Me, today: put it in a mug and you won't think of it like soup.
Also me: don't be ridiculous, that won't fool your brain.
Empty mug....ummm. π€
There are certain words I can never forget. I suspect this will be one of them.
Ffs, air ambulance.
It seems it was search and rescue - eep.
For clarity, I nailed the snark early on in my parenting journey.
Approachable and snarktastic seems infinitely preferable to most other forms of raising spawn.

I really don't want to imagine how bad it's going to be π€’.

That's a scary amount of chips. Those poor beaches, and all the wildlife.
I've signed, will you?
You're evidently doing parenting right.
It's never good to hear a helicopter landing in the village. It's either the site ambulance or the Coastguard, and neither are great news.
Thank you! Cake has been consumed as part of lunch out.
A significant number of the village street lights are out on main street. This includes the one outside our bedroom window. It ain't half dark!

Monday: 5/10 so far.
That is quite the f*ck up. That poor person.
I'm knitting a jumper with navy ribbing. The cursing is loud. I've taken to only doing the ribbing in bright morning light.
Snow is now falling steadily about half a mile up the road from us. We have drizzly sleet - the downside of living very close to the sea.
You will have potential while you still have breath in your body, darling. But I also totally understand what you mean.
Well, we're getting the snow βοΈ. It's too soon to tell if we're going to get hammered by the amber alert quantities forecast, but I'm very glad we got shopping for the week on Monday.
No snow as yet, but I'm watching friends post videos and assuming we'll get it any time. I'll DM you about the other.
If anyone remembers I mentioned it all kicking off on the village fb group, I now have the deets. Oh boy, some folks really do need to give their heads a wobble. I can totally see why it's a police matter.
