my company had mostly virtual meetings even before the pandemic due to having two offices on opposite sides of town. we didn’t have webcams, so we’ve just…never had a cameras-on culture, even now that we do have webcams. cameras-off def feels more natural to me, but. yeah an hour a week is nothing
