In a lot of Europe, it’s standard post natal care so I think some of it is people learning about it and asking about it. I also think people being more willing to talk about it helps; it’s so intimate a lot of people just don’t know about it until someone is open about it.
I had some pretty severe problems and it really improved my quality of life! This would have been c. 2020. I had a lot of pain that couldn’t otherwise be explained and that turned out to be the missing link.

Almost all of my former colleagues got laid off today from the same company where I worked for several years. I just feel so bad for everyone and I feel even worse being several months ahead of them in the process and knowing how hard it’s gonna be.
On one side they owned an optical shop. On the other other side he worked at a Caterpillar plant and she was a church secretary so like, not rugged but they were the first on both sides not to farm.

I am obsessed with this child following her father around the grocery store insisting she loves salad. He keeps asking her what parts of the salad she likes, and she is responding that she loves croutons and ranch, croutons and ranch, croutons and ranch.
I find it telling that they went to all this trouble to be cruel and harmful to the *300 people this applies to over an 11 year period.* it just highlights, I suppose, that the cruelty is the point.
