One year ago today I adopted Doc the Ewok! He was a handful after spending extended time as a stray—mischievous, accustomed to the indoors, and hilariously rude. But he’s grown into a fantastic companion and roadtripper, and settled out into one of the best dogs I’ve ever had. Love this pup!

I’m gonna go with the Cosmic Crisp recommendation, but I also adore the harder to find Opals to just cut up an eat. Honeycrisp is S-tier for a snack but not a great baking apple—if baking I’d rather got for Granny Smith
