The sound was good where I was and they played for an hour and a half in total, which is fairly standard (even the two sets thing isn’t that unusual for bands of their age)

Genuinely confused by the bad reviews. I thought they were great last night. The Academy is rubbish at the best of times, but particularly when it’s too full, and the crowd were terrible (loads of talking and too much drinking), but Ian’s voice was fine and the set list was great.
