Was hier für Schulen geschildert wird, gilt sich für Universitäten. Kleine Anfragen legen mancherorts die akademische Selbstverwaltung lahm und zielen auf systematische Verunsicherung. Schul- und Hochschulleitungen, die wissen, was das Neutralitätsgebot wirklich bedeutet, sind unglaublich wichtig.
