ive started calling these parts a little mohawk. I love that every time i bake a different mohawk appears on top. some bigger some smaller some edgy and jagged. lol I love it.

these look so good. I haven't tried to make sandwich sourdough slices yet but i have made a few really good sourdough Dutch oven big yummy round bakes. I am obsessed. The way they make the house smell is heavenly.

I left el paso back in January where i was on a nursing contract. This news makes me really sad. I really liked the community there. The people are good people. This isn't right!!
