I see two basic possibilities here.
1. It's l professional. You have a release and it's your property to edit and distribute.
2. There's personal significance to it and you should have a conversation.

Obviously, this is a simplified view of what I imagine is a complex situation. Wish you the best.

How does she feel about it?

I've never done 1, so I can't speak on that. As for 2, some people are simply trying to increase visibility and have no problem with being lewd. Myself, I shoot artistic nudes and I also shoot porn (which I would also consider artistic, but that's another convo).

I've only ever named pieces of it was required for a gallery or auction. It's not important to me.
