I'm thinking that code becomes good with time (massaging into shape, refactor,...), and I think my own code is awful and needs massaging to be acceptable. So LLM-generated code can be a valid starting point for me.

I'm really OK for vibe coding being a range of things. Even if I look at LLM generated code to not have totally garbage output, or try to organize it a bit, I think it makes sense to call that vibe coding because in that mood I'm not super picky.
It's difficult to review one's own code, but if it was LLM-generated, I think the "original author" has to make their own thorough review, before passing it on to the reviewer.

I assume there's a joke I didn't get but... Rust is a programing language; Arch Linux is a Linux distribution.
I think it's possible to have a syntax completely described in terms of distfix expressions: github.com/noteed/synta.... This is enough to have a "nice" syntax for those that don't like parenthesis, and easily equivalent to s-expressions so we can focus on semantics.
I was looking at terraform-nixos yesterday and found out that nixos-anywhere has a terraform module.

In 1966, the great computer scientist Peter Landin decided that the good part of computer programming was the expressions, and the bad part was the statements.
I haven't used it myself but there is also Guix.
Depending on what you need, you might want to have a look at NixOS. Describing complete systems declaratively is really nice.
