The most important of all the work is one extraction and bone graft, and one filling. That visit alone is $465. If I could make it to that one, most of my pain will be gone and I can hold out for the rest until the holidays are over. That will handle the most of the pain I am in.

If you ever ask me how I’m doing, I’m nine times out of ten going to tell you, “meh, I’m okay.” Cause I’m chronically ill and in chronic pain. This shit doesn’t just go away. It is always here.

With AuDHD, I forget to eat. I get really bad aversions to food and the idea of eating in general. But then when I don’t eat, I obviously feel like shit.

So I use cannabis to give myself the ability to actually want food.

I’m not unused to the grief of losing the relationship that I had with my mother. For over a year I have dealt with the strange grief of losing someone so important even though they aren’t deceased.

By now I feel the grief brought on by those dreams and I can’t stomach it.

I went no contact with my mother in October of 2023. For all I know, she is dead. But these dreams… I can’t shake them. From the trauma of her death in my dreams as well as the eventual dealings with her husband in said dreams, I’m shaken to the core.

This week I’ve had two dreams vivid enough for me to remember. And both of them were dreams where my mother had died.

Yesterday we rehomed all but one of the foster kittens. Chihiro was the last to go and I said from the beginning that if she was the last one standing I would take her home. And the universe spoke.

Today my eyes feel swollen, my muscles in my neck, shoulders, and back are sore and stiff. My head is throbbing and my mind is cloudy. The neuropathy in my feet is particularly tingly today as well. And my period is starting.

I wanna go to bed but I’m at work for the next 7 hours.
