Good morning, my little eight-point bucks.
That was excellent!
I booped her nose anyway ☺️
It was amazing. They had bison, a huge dragonfly, an eagle (which I thought was the coolest piece but didn’t get a picture), and a dodo bird, an ant-eater, a koi fish. All kind of animals! And then a big LEGO mural of deforestation. It was all a top-notch display.
You son of a bitch - I’m in.
“On the eve of World War II, a British widow hires a self-taught archaeologist to dig up mysterious formations on her land, leading to a staggering find.”
My alarm set for 8:45am
Ugh. Gotta be up for the electrician tomorrow.
A LEGO polar bear with cubs
Took the kiddos to the Discovery Centre tonight for a free event put on by some local realtors. The LEGO animal displays are seriously cool!
Another beauty day! Went to the grocery store, Union Mart, and Home Hardware, then came home and after putting everything away, I swept the front deck, put down my new colourful welcome mat, and picked up a few large sticks around the yard.
Good morning, my little dream crushers.
All things serve the Bean.
Maybe a hairstylist would have a better idea of what would suit your face when they see you in person. Finding a good haircut is worse than finding a good bra but at least it grows back!

One of us! One of us!
The surest sign of spring!
I was at that show too! Around 2009 or something?
Going to Modest Mouse in SK in July! It’s outdoors!
That’s just how things go for me.
Pizza sadness. I ordered two small different pizzas and they made a duplicate and not of the one I wanted most. Sigh.
Time to get the pizza I’ve been craving for a week!
Merci!
I really am! It feels very relaxing knowing the daily grind and forced commute isn’t popping up any time soon.
Having a toke and a mini can of Coke on the back deck. Lots of motorcycles out today. Might get some pizza.
Sat on the back deck with some water for a bit. Cooled down while watching some birds.
Tackled the second half which went much smoother.
Time for a shower!
Such a nice day!!
Went to a trail down the road for about half an hour. The snow pack was really loose, so it made the walk a bit uneven underfoot, so I didn’t last too long.
Still wanted some fresh air and exercise, so I came home and tackled shoveling the second driveway. I’m half done and 🥵🥵🥵
PREMIER’S OFFICE/FINANCE/TREASURY BOARD--$53.6 Million in Grants, Funding Reinstated ------------------------------------------------------ The Province will reinstate $53.6 million in grants and funding to support people with disabilities, seniors and education initiatives for 2026-27. “Nova Scotians have spoken. We listened, and we are reinstating supports to disabilities programming, seniors programming and African Nova Scotian and Indigenous students. These are grants that help people meet their basic daily needs,” said Premier Tim Houston. “We wish we could do more. We will continue to look for opportunities to support all Nova Scotians as our fiscal picture improves.” The government is reinstating $21.4 million in grants to support seniors and people with disabilities, and to help African Nova Scotians and Indigenous people access educational opportunities. Another $10 million will go back to organizations that support those groups. It is also re-establishing $22.2 million in funding to community programs that support seniors, disability groups and the African Nova Scotian and Indigenous communities. The deficit will now stand at $1.24 billion before contingency.
The Houston government has backed down ever so slightly. Notably, cuts to arts grants are not restored:
