This is true, but I am seeing positive trends toward exposing people to broader market shows on AppleTV. My wife and daughter are enjoying a German show (Where's Wanda), and I've been watching Drops of God and pursue non-English films. But, yes, Americans still willfully miss out on a lot.
But it can help to write code.
