I want to beta test this.
I read The Witch Elm by Tana French’s. This was the last book in her catalog I had left to read and it did not disappoint. Talk about some truly awful people in a story.
January is off to a great start.
I finally read Don’t Cry for Me by Daniel Black and it was touching, sad, heartbreaking yet full of love.
Perfect Timing by Brenda Jackson. Hell must have frozen over because not only did I read this romance, I really enjoyed it.
Ordinary Disasters: How I Stopped Being a Model Minority by Anne Anlin Cheng (gifted copy from Pantheon Books). I really appreciated her story. She came from a very vulnerable places.

Death and the Maiden by Ariel Dorfman. This was an incredible play! I highly recommend you read the play while listening because the performance was truly outstanding.

I’m reading Octavia Butler this year. I’ve only read Kindred a few years ago, but recently acquired to rest of her books.
I really enjoyed The Deep and Sorrowland.
I saw Zuck’s post on Threads and I’m just so tired already.
