Ymmv is the only real answer. Everyone already knew I was bi when I went into mine - for me I do affirm it as it's important to me my sexuality isn't defined by who I'm in a relationship with. Just because it's over 20 years since I've slept with a woman doesn't mean I'm not still bi

After 10 weeks off I did a phased return to work and with medication & other support it's been all good since, I'm much more aware of my breaking points & I've been promoted since then so work are obviously happy as well

As someone who has been signed off for mental health reasons, it all culminated in me sobbing down the phone at my boss who, as a great boss, very gently & calmly told me to get off the phone with her and phone the docs & get signed off as I was in no state to be working

Yup, indeed problematic & something that happened but wouldn't result in an off-label designation, unfortunately it's more likely that it results in 'on-label' medications either having unexpected side effects or not being as effective, it's not my specialty but afaik newer drugs have better trials

some groups are under researched as there is no way to ethically conduct a double-blind study (i.e. children & pregnant people), observational studies are the only evidence which is not strong enough to make them 'on-label. In this case medicines are often prescribed off-label if no evidence of harm

Half of the enjoyment of art is looking at a painting or poem and going "God, how did they do that?!" Without that you're left with 'ooh pretty' which makes me wonder if that's the only interaction AI art lovers are having in the first place & hence why they don't see the issue
