I have the same opinion of 3GBA soundtrack, it just doesn't fit the vibe of the game at all, not that any of the songs are bad on their own. From what I've heard, the reason they did the replacement was that the SNES songs were all very bass-y and it didn't work at all on the GBA, which is fair
