To be honest generally speaking I would only include URLs that I want indexed within my sitemap.
But there are of course caveats and the one you mentioned would help in monitoring the indexation of old pages Vs new pages say in GSC.

TL;DR: Keep them clean.
Remove redirects, 404s, and noindex pages from sitemaps. List only URLs meant for indexing.

Titles, even yahoo, bing and duckduckgo are displaying the right title. But Google seems to have stopped updating. I would have put it down to some caching within the data centres but for 3 weeks now, it seems to long a time period! Is there some block applied if changes are made

Hope all is well, over the course of the last 3 weeks I have updated page titles to various pages (genuinely top 10 visited), usually I see these changes update on Google within 24hours but these changes aren't showing in the SERPS. SEO plugins and source all show correct

Hey @johnmu.com outside of the GSC reporting delay are you aware of any other reporting issues?
GA4 Explore report stopped tracking Free Listing conversions from the Merchant Centre, around 6th Dec but the main reports section shows them.
