It seems to be the thing to share your journal collection and scrapbooks and all. Here are mine from the bottom up on the right.
* square punch book (samples from packaging and such)
* trashbook (like a junk journal, but less nice)
* a list of things to be happy about

I've just come up with my new band name. The world gave us Fats Domino and Fat Boy Slim. Now I'm going to give the world ...
... Fatty Acids. (The rave spin off will be Amino Acids.)
Here's a lovely little site for ibscure words. (I was looking for "exulansis").

Looks like the squirrels were using my windowsill as a larder - there was a big chunk of pizza edge crust out there when I opened my windows this morning.
It's "Let it Be" Day, a little earlier in the year than usual. Every year since I was 17, on the first day of the year it's warm enough to have the windows open all day, I listen to the entirety of The Beatles' "Let it Be" album (minus The Long and Winding Road, because no.)
Indeed. :D
A duckie the size of a large coconut.
I bought a duckie. Sharpie for scale.
But crunchy, like PopTarts.
Gwartzman's has soapstone carving kits. I'm sorely tempted - but hesitant, given the givens.

Someone needs to make savoury pop tarts.
Hunted and gathered from all eras and spaces and highly curated.
A new art space in Hamilton that encompasses art materials, a cafe, books, and event spaces. I'm looking forward to checking it out.

How much prosciutto is too much prosciutto for a prosciutto snack?
Maybe they should have their pay docked for not showing up to work.
I don't think any of us should be bootlicking the only nation that's ever nuked another.
The least favourable thing about Sundays is that all the coffee milk from Summit Station is gone and the farmer's market isn't open till Tuesday for me to get more.
So far, access via browser as there's no Android app.
I've been saying for ages we need social media that's not wholly in American hands.
... and here we have something Canadian. Add me if you join. Samw bat-name, same bat-avatar.

I'm thinking of taking my years worth of online journal entries out of the digital and having them printed up as a book/magazine. I still want to keep them all, but no one reads them, and I think it's time to put the bulk of it elsewhere.
Where would I do such a thing? I want it nicely done.
Dole banana sticker with robot(?)
A new one for the fruit stickers page in my junk journal.
Robot?
I had a similar experience watching, recently, the video for that "Lambada" song that was so popular back in the day. I'd forgotten that the main character pair are maybe 12 (and highly sexualised), and the girl's father belts her one in the video.
coffee milk
One of the best things ever: Summit Station's coffee milk. You can it up at a few locations in #HamOnt including their store in Copetwown and the Farmer's Market. It comes in several sizes and the bottles are returnable.

I loathe that man, the people who keep voting for him, and the miserly fascist policies they promote. And the fed aren't any better.
I voted Green, because they're the only party that shows consistent support for disabled people. Plus, the Hamilton Centre candidate was fabulous.
Do you suppose I can turn Depeche Mode's "Personal Jesus" into a lounge song?
