Promoted page on my Facebook is for newbie writers. Just seen a post from someone who's screenshot an agent's rejection letter to ask if anyone's had similar. Well meaning people saying it's encouraging etc.

I know who it's from. I got the exact same form rejection a few years ago.

It really is. I've got from over two years ago. Long since given up on it but it's still listed as active.

I approve of every single thing in this photo.

Really well written story. An important part is that two high ranking politicians, one from each side, together saw inside the crime scene shortly after it happened. Horrible, but it went a long way to ensure cross-party support for the full ban - one of the best things this country's ever done

Got an email today from an estate agent. Familiar name. Turns out to be the daughter of a girl I went to school with. 30+ years after I repeatedly got pissed and never had the balls to ask her out, her daughter is emailing me about houses.

I shall now collapse into dust and blow away.
