Blue denim cut into different sized rectangles, each printed with a different lino carved object; haircutting shears, nail clippers, and hammers, printed in white ink.

Small rectangular pieces of denim arranged along Blake’s outstretched forearm. Each piece is printed with a lino carving of an old school projector adaptor (think VGA cable) with “mini gender changer” printed across the front in white ink.

Thank you! I’m a huge perfectionist with this stuff, but I’m happy with how they turned out

A striped squill plant. Its small bell shaped flowers are white with a blue striped going down the center of each petal. The thin leaves are dotted with dew drops.

It’s spring. I’m emerging. Finally out playing in the dirt again and making more plant friends

A few thumbnail sketches of footprints trailing through snow. I’m experimenting with different compositions for the outdoor grill, large shadows from buildings, and a dog waste bag dispenser.

A vast area untouched snow except for a long diagonal trail through it. There is also a small mound of snow, a black outdoor grill, and a dog waste bag dispenser on a wooden post.

A more finalized sketch for the painting. I decided on a landscape composition, with the backyard elements spaced kind of far from one another, and they’re all about the same size.

The name Alexander is written in a black serif font in all caps on a small piece of linoleum. It is written backwards so it will read correctly when printed. I’ve already carved the outline of the letters, revealing the lighter grey linoleum under the surface.
