The C of E chooses to rent a space to Reform!?!? Why? Where are the C of E's ethical boundaries?

Good strategy! I’m being asked to take my blood pressure for a couple of days. It was especially high for a while yesterday!

It may be the people I’ve happened to interact with rather than across the board.

Previously heard the term "radical inclusion" bandied by conservatives as way of saying we include in some ways but not in others. Slightly dubious hearing it at #synod as to what people really mean by it...

Not convinced reconciliation will happen in @churchofengland.org. Each time it moves towards inclusivity, conservatives threaten to withhold money and to take legal action. Equality gets kicked into the long grass and #LGBT+ people continue to suffer and hurt. Why stay in a church like that? #synod

Apparently conservatives suffer because they don't like accusations of homophobia + dislike divide. They do have a choice to be more accepting. They do have a choice not to ostracise+to act differently. A persecutor-martyr attitude asking for pity as they attack others for who they are. #synod #LLF

Very much agree and don't the #bishops understand democracy? If something's been passed in a clerical "parliament" the vote should be honoured and acted on. I don't suppose my young LGBT+ relative will be coming back to church anytime soon... #synod #LLF.

On the Jeremy Vine show today people saying how many want to be given mental health labels. An unethical therapist tried to do that to me once. Thankfully I I got away from her and found someone else to help me heal. Rather not be inappropriately pigeonholed. 😀
