what's funny is that none of the great use cases he describes here involve spending $billions building giant data centers or tricking people into using chatbots. they are all CLI tools that often are cheapest to run using existing on prem HPC infrastructure at research institutions.

We are mapping our ehr data to this format right now. I think in the long run it needs to be linked to OHDSI to really excel and shine. But the creators are thinking about that and in the meantime it is cranking out what seems to me to be good science.
