Yup. My favorite, too. I liked Frankenstein more than most, but I know it doesn't have a chance.
People compare it to the original classic, much to it's detriment.

Sinners was fun, but I think it's a little overblown. Seemed like just another variation on vampires.
I liked Weapons as far as horror goes; I thought the story was more original.

Interesting picks, John! I just watched Sentimental Value yesterday, and was impressed with the two lead actresses. The film was good, if a tad slow.
I've seen all but Hamnet, The Secret Agent, and Train Dreams. I agree with OBAA for BP. Prefer Hawke for BA. The film bored me, but he was very good.
And sound as fresh as ever!
It took him a while to get going, though! I couldn't believe how old he was when he passed away in 2019.
