It’s been a while since I posted what’s on the easel.
Todays #onmyeasel is the start of a smaller painting, but one I am falling in love with the colours quickly.
Texture is big for me, especially when making use of ‘old’ paint.

My easel today is earthenware. Saturday tradition of supporting local DIY art places continues. Pretty sure over 15+ hours on this piece.
One quarter sized blister on my thumb later, Big Blue has silver edging on it now. Almost ready to finish its protective layer, then will be available.
Japanese rolled omelette is what I made you :) haven’t made that in a long time, definitely a Sunday morning slow start perfect meal
