After breaking the news on last nights “Tea With GIS” it’s time to let the rest of the world know that I’m moving on to a new working adventure in the Engagement Development Team at Royal Horticultural Society.
After 4 1/2 years in the education team at Esri UK today will be my last day.

2. Is it just for London? Category names would suggest so at the minute. Any plans to expand this?

Working towards the transition to Uni GIS is a challenge as when, how and how well, GIS is introduced in degrees is very mixed.
The feedback we see working with recent geog grads is that when their first encounter with GIS is at school their perceptions and experiences are MUCH more positive!!
