Norovirus, a virus which causes diarrhoea and vomiting, is circulating in our communities.
If you have any Norovirus symptoms, or your sickness and diarrhoea has only recently stopped, please don’t visit our hospitals. Even if you feel better you could still be infectious and pass the virus on.

Norovirus causes diarrhoea and vomiting and is circulating in our communities. Symptoms also include a slight fever, headache, painful stomach cramp and aching limbs.
If you are symptom-free and plan to visit the hospital, please take care to clean your hands when entering or leaving a ward.
