Selina Cheng is suing the Wall Street Journal's parent company, Dow Jones Publishing Co. (Asia) Inc., for firing her in July 2024 because she took up a leadership position at the Hong Kong Journalists Association.
The then *15 year old* "was intercepted on a section of Oil St between Electric Rd and King’s Rd in Fortress Hill on September 8, 2019. Prosecutors said Chan moved to Australia in 2021 after police decided not to charge her. They did not specify when she returned to Hong Kong during the hearing."
