Got Facebook set up on my phone in a way I cant easily access it and have the FB Marketplace as my homepage on my phone browser. I am over doomscrolling. If I didnt like looking at the Marketplace, Id opt to uninstalling Facebook completely.

For those who live elsewhere, this is the heart of downtown #LosAngeles. My friends are here. My union is here (sup @wgawest.bsky.social). My teenager is here. People are passing out pastries & singing & praying. All we want is for our neighbors not to be kidnapped off the streets.

On a seperate note, sightseeing is fun in Free Roam mode! There is a lot to see and look at and even space for more content in the future? One can hope. Challenges are fun too, just wish thete were more or rather, less spread out

Also wanted to clarify. I love this game with all my heart and have been absolutely addicted. Get it only if you love Mario but honestly, you could afford to wait. Find a way to play it first, maybe with a friends copy, then decide, or get the Switch 2 Bundle

As a Mario fanatic, it would be hard to convince me to buy the game at $80. I did get the Switch 2 bundle so I only paid 50. I'd suggest you do the same, if possible

Mario Kart World is a fun, whimsical time with new mechanics, entertaining and engaging tracks, and the best OST to date with a few minor issues. Due to its slight lack of content and kind of bare Free Roam, the price point sadly, isnt justified

More on the Switch 2 and Mario Kart World. Its now 5 am. Mario Kart World is super fun.

Confirmed older USB based Nintendo controllers work! Gonna test the GCN Adapter next

Mightve spoke to soon regarding transfer. Transfer itself was quick but if you have a lot of data, it installs the save data, but then updates the games on Switch 2 itself. Might take a while, as I expected. But good news is the day 1 patch does not take long.

First impressions! HDMI and AC cord could be a foot longer. The actual plug-in box (not pictured) is a bit chunky. Annoying but doable. Start up, including day one update and data transfer from my Switch to the Switch 2 took about 10 minutes, better than expected for Day 1! More to come.

Also the actual plug in box is pretty bulky and is USBC to USBC. Kinda annoying but doable

Getting the Switch 2 tonight. There are a few things I want to report on it, including how Scarlet/Mario Odyssey which have a free upgrade if you already have a game, Mario Kart World, Gamecube and controller compatibility.
