After spending most of my time in my early adulthood fixating on the hopelessness of uncertain futures, it was kind of earthshaking to play a game whose primary message seemed to be "You can't ensure everything will be here tomorrow. But even if it's not - you will. And you'll make something work."

I'm thinking of axing my stream schedule and playing Nier Automata onstream.
I've not played it in a while but I think with my recent doll discoveries, a game I already took a lot of shelter in back in 2017 will likely hit even harder.

i've noticed there's a lot less people now who enjoy whump and terrorizing their faves. i express love by putting my faves into the meat grinder and seeing what situations would elicit the most emotional terror and a lot of people who see this assume this means i hate the character in question
