Oh, btw. She is very weak when you first play her.

But after dying the first time in your run, she turns into a cursed monster, who is much stronger.

So, basically, you have to play her with the intend of dying first-

She is supposed to be a playable character from another timeline, but at the same time, Noire can get a memory about Megan from the NoSkin Man.

Megan is inspired by Maria from Silent Hill (Design-wise) and Juri from World of Horror (Gameplay-wise)
