Painting and sketch, portrait of a young woman with freckles in a grey background.
1 hour portrait practice, but I painted on the wrong layer there at the end. I'm still using a saturated color as a base, this time I was mindful of following the volume of the face with my brushstrokes.
Sketch and painting practice of a portrait.
Another little 1 hour skin color study but trying some bolder colors as a base.
Hahaha no shade taken! ๐ my supporting skills are not great by any standards haha. Can't wait to see the full print! Its a massive beast!

Hey! You probably can! I am mostly self-taught. I went to three zbrush classes from a course i didn't finish (didn't like the teaching style, so I dropped the course and continued on my own). Took a loong while, but I enjoyed the journey ha.
haha thanks! :D first one was a direct lift from the Behir, so I guess the cool design helped me a lot, other one was more my creation (still inspired in the Behir/ Beithir monster)
Then and Now (2022 ha)
I guess I have improved a bit, still working on getting better, need to get back to fundamentals and really dig into animal anatomy/ details to really get to the next level.
