I know there's a quest you get to ride one of these things, but I didn't think I would literally catch one mid air and be able to stand on it. XD

This account has been so neglected to such a degree I feel like it shouldn't be clearing this, but I guess it's fine as long as you have the dupes.
There's no deeper meaning behind it really, some people just exist to drain my energy and I'm here like, being polite, tolerating, but I run away immediately. They're never gratful about anything in their lives, every time I see them they're complaining about sth. xD
This scene got me all giddy and smiling like a nerd, because I have a feeling it was Wuthering Waves testing assets for the New Federation. xD
I avoid my neighbours because of stuff like this. This is the type who will then cry and complain they're depressive, but treat even the stray animals in the street like shit.
Do folks think 'being a smart adult' is criticizing and being cranky about everybody and anything that exists under the sun or what? π« (Save me Kek)
Spring has arrived, the peach blossoms are in full bloom, and the world is slowly warming. If you grow weary along the way, why not pause here with me and share a quiet moment of tranquility?

Sure! In fact you can recycle the pose you already have with phoebe (one eye instead of two - you don't confuse the watcher by suddenly changing camera angle, and you don't have to overwork yourself)
But it's just a suggestion so please do with it what you will! XD please have fun.
What I respect about Wuwa Livestreams is they never spoil the fun and in fact tend to undersell the thing, so I just know that in spite the small tease of the knew characters I'm up to some crazy experience lol I'm genuinely looking forward to it
It's looking nice!
May I offer a suggestion? You can try add a close-up on Phoebe's eyes when she glances at Brant. Close-ups on small nervous gestures (eyes glances, hand gesturesz etc) are easier to draw + sell emotion really well! You add those to what you have, the result should be awesome haha
I wonder if Sigrika is good with her. Honestly I won't mind getting her some day, but I have my eyes set on Luuk's rerun and possibly S2 Brant if he reruns. The anniversary is also soon so.. yeah
Wuwa 3.2 is a patch fully focused on story and events it seems.
I have most rerunning characters! I don't think I like either Lynae or Sigrika to get either of them, so I am here just hoping Brant reruns some day, Aaaa xD
Hnm okay, this will definitely be a patch where I will be skipping Sigrika.
I've watched enough Matrix to nurture a respect for white rabbits in either games or movies lol.
Wuthering Waves Version 3.2 Preview Special Broadcast is scheduled to air in one hour.

I don't think I can ever get tired of the Whimpering Wastes battle music, this always feels so satisfying to my ears.
These days it's rare to be able to use a piece of software or even playing games without creating an account in which you have to login. It wasn't always like this. But the intent is to collect data for free in real time and encourage clients fidelization by offering member-only discounts, etc.
Adobe sfotware is worse, they force monthly subscriptions, there's no 1-time-purchase anymore. Commercial software collects usage data, things like feature usage, performance metrics, crash reports. This helps companies prioritize development, debug problems, and analyze how people use the software.
Only 1.0's perpetual version allows total offline usage.
You can use all other perpetual versions offline (2.0, 3.0, 4.0) during a certain period of time but it requires periodic internet authentication. I know, it makes no sense to me either. lol
This new practice of "you will own absolutely nothing you purchase" is genuinely baffling and I cannot wrap my head around the concept or why people put up with this. If you told me 15 years ago that people would actually accept this, I would have laughed my ass off and call you stupid.
All in all, it gave me a strong argument against keep supporting the software. I would rather throw my money at small projects like Sai or something, heck, especially Krita, I feel it deserves the support more.
Hnm Is Clip Studio 5 worth the hassle? I've both versions 1 and 4, but ever since I found out that you cannot use your perpetual Clip Studio license offline for long periods of time, I've felt like I've been scammed and shouldn't have gotten version 4 (perpetual license) at all.
But even if it's a simple type of story that's fine too; as long as the game itself feels fun and the investigations feel interesting. I am genuinely rooting for this one. The combat looks crazy too XD
So far what catches my attention about Silver Palace in particular aside from the aesthetic is also that it's a detective type story (which I love). There's a crazy potential for fun plottwists if they do this right, more complex stories that don't insult my inteligence.
If it didn't rely so much on false hype and fake expectations (the "Neuvilette has been stabbed" types, or "hihihaha Childe's opinion on the Harbingers are unreliable") there's no doubt in my mind it would still be going strong. I weep at the wasted potential but it turned into bait for Disney kids.
Genshin is a strange situation where Hoyo perfectly understands this secret but the hype sadly is completely artificial and boosted by their marketing aparatus (oh and they do marketing well alright). Sadly it rarely lives up to the actual product. Ppl have caught up to it too.
So far, only Wuwa seems to have understood that; there's yet to be an instance I feel like I'm bored or that the game is stale. I genuinely admire how the game seems to have taken upon itself the challenge of always seeking improvement, always daring into experimentation. That's rly exciting to me.
Today is different. There are more sharks in the sea and the otaku niche is the type of audience that likes to be hyped about the next big thing. It dies when there's nothing to look forward to. The trick is make it happen within the IP so ppl don't jump ship.
I think in a way even Genshin had this issue, but because it happened during the lockdowns and whatnot people were more permissive to the pre Inazuma drought. More or less.
