Thanks for the info. Our ballots can get VERY long. Also, they sometimes have ballot initiatives that people vote on. And there are elections pretty much every year because of all our different levels of government: federal, state, county, City or township, etc.

How many voters are there in a typical parliamentary district? And how many offices are they voting for? In a presidential election year, US voters are voting for the president, a congressman, and possibly a Senator, as well as perhaps some local offices.
