Things can be lonely sometimes. You just wanna scream but you can't... so you just laugh & pretend you are fine... so when people make fun of your silliness and give you sarcasm, - just pretend. it doesn't bother you cuz you're stupid anyway. Yeah... this is me everytime. Let me rant just for today.

- Self care (i.e. doing your favorite things, eat good food, go for a run, do skin care)
- Sleep early
- Eat proper meals
- Hydrate lots!
Sometimes it's not easy but all battles are temporary. Little things like these can improve the outcome!
