Done 200 star jumps, 2 sets of 20 push ups, 2 sets of 20 squats, 10 pull ups on the door frame, jogged on the spot for 5 mins and feeling good. I should do this more often

I don't exercise as often as I should but it's become a bit of personal tradition to workout on my bday to check how my body's holding up
