I’ve heard/seen a lot of suggestions for fixes to the Ravens situation and I’m not sure any of them are any good except making trades legal for teams before the new league year opens, but after the Super Bowl.

The more I've thought about it, the more I think Brian Gutekunst will be content to sign a mid-level CB, preserve the comp picks, and let the draft play out.
NTs can be found on Day 3 if necessary. And they'll have next year's FA/draft to address higher-end DT if needed.
Over the last few years, the Ravens, Bills and Packers have looked similar in that they’ve been consistently good, but come up short in the playoffs with complete rosters that lacked star power.

Have to think Franklin was someone Jonathan Gannon and Bobby Babich identified as someone they wanted.
Packers are very good about coaches and front office communicating about this kind of stuff.
