No matter what kind of movie you're making or story you're telling, it should always be an honest one. It's something that I think is important for any film you'll make. You should never lie and be dishonest with your audience otherwise you're not really being a good storyteller.

My feelings on it currently are similar to how I felt about Frozen back when that came out, even though it’s likely gonna be an okay film to me, it’s being over saturated by its own popularity… and plus toxic people keep using it to shit on Elio, it’s sorta turning me off from the film altogether.

Elio and K*Pop would honestly make for boring wins if they were to win, as for one, I’ve seen Elio, I don’t want to have to watch it at least THREE times overall within this last month alone, while K*Pop isn’t necessarily something I’m too interested in seeing because of how popular it is.

I’m setting myself a challenge for myself to watch the movie that wins the Best Animated Feature award this year. Out of the ones I want to win, I mainly want either Little Amelie or Arco to win, but I wouldn’t be angry if Zootopia 2 won it either… though that’s unlikely since sequels RARELY win.

It’s unfortunate that it’s not getting the Flow treatment since KPop Demon Hunters is still stupidly popular several months after its release last summer to the point that it’s probably gonna win the Oscar after its Golden Globe and critics win and the Annie’s sweep.

I mean, it’s gonna be a bit of a depressing downgrade going from the first independent animated film to win Best Animated Feature to giving the trophy to the biggest film in Netflix history.

Heck, I would rather see the highest grossing Hollywood animated film ever, which is Zootopia 2, win instead of the most watched film on Netflix, but not to disrespect both KPop and Zootopia 2.
