This plane is Not Very Full, but they still had to take a bag off to gate check it because it was approximately the size of an 8 year old child and we’re on an old plane with the little bins (not that it would have fit on a plane with the fold down bins either, idk what the gate agent was thinking)

I will say it’s a little weird to be doing Tuesday for a second time

Granted I suspect she’s had a hard travel day(s), given she was in SE Asia and supposed to return via Qatar and is returning via Sydney instead

Plus she was going to Detroit, which, like, do you know how delighted delta would be to send you to Detroit at any time of day or night

There was a woman who was doing the ‘please can I get out first, I have a tight connection’ which fine, sure, but her flight was at NINE and I was considering my 7:55 flight as ‘don’t dawdle, but probably don’t worry too much either’ given we landed right on time

Okay well I did not execute that transfer in anywhere close to an optimal way but I’m at my gate a solid 45 minutes before boarding begins so we’ll call that good enough

I still don’t know what this content is but I’m glad they got a nice date out of it

The funniest thing about this slightly fancy flight experience is the way they give me a tablecloth (cloth napkin) on my tray table at each meal

The Korean Air flight at the next gate over is paging passengers for docs check, and they’re (I think) using a suffix I don’t recognize
