The breast cancer center appealed thousands of Blue Cross reimbursements for being too low.

At trial, the insurer revealed that it had never considered any of the appeals — and that they were pointless:

“An appeal is not available to review an underpayment.”

Birmingham's fuel terminal is only a few miles off the main pipeline, and state gas taxes are low. Too low, imo.

I just checked the pipeline map. It ends in NYC. There's a network of pipelines that feed off of it.

Trust the ophthalmologist/surgeon. My cataracts weren't bad, but they needed to be remove/replace one because of the retina surgery. The surgeon had to look thru the lens while he did that fiddly surgery. The other will be done because of the color shift now between my eyes.

You probably get your gas from the same Colonial Pipeline that is less than a mile from my house. Lots of added cost: pumping, storage, and last mile transportation.

It could be Rubio's influence. Rubio might think liberating Cuba would make him a hero and a viable presidential candidate. 🙄IMO, it would accomplish neither.
